Counter Attendant

Job Title: Counter Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. The Counter Attendant will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

● Take customer orders and process payments

● Prepare food and beverages according to customer requests

● Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company standards

● Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

● Maintain a clean and organized work area

● Maintain Taproom and Beer Garden cleanliness

● Bus dishes, wipe tables, and empty trash receptacles in the dining room

● Restock supplies and inventory as needed

● Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Strong attention to detail

● Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
